2020 is the year of new hosting offers, after quite a while with existing ones. You are more and more customers taking great benefit of NextCloud system (similar to Google services but on your own hosting with full control of data and no one "using" your datas for their benefits), and so needing lot more space.
I'll first give you a quick overview and comparisons of new offers in a table and then will get more in details after.

Domain alias: domain setup on server so it serves same web server as an existing one, and similar way for emails.
What's included in all offers:
- Hosting of at least one website on its own domain name (registration/transfer/renew of domain name is not included, it'll be charged at public price of Infomaniak (our official registrar)).
- Our hosting service is fully on servers that are property of DOMEDIA and fully managed by DOMEDIA. None other company or third party have access at these servers. Only a judge from a swiss court can enforce us to communicate some customers data, and still only at swiss justice. Our servers are physically in Switzerland.
- No limit on number of mailboxes, databases you create, and number of files in your hosting space, so long it fits in the total space allocated by offer you choose.
- Unlimited Traffic.
- Virtualmin Control Panel: allows you to adjust all settings of your hosting on our servers.
- Web statistics: Matomo tool fully local, and fully RGPD compliant (NSA incompatible).
- One-Click install of most famous online tools such as Wordpress, Joomla, Nextcloud,...
- Nextcloud Hosting: nous fournissons d'office un service CODE intégré pour l'édition en ligne des documents bureautiques. As paaying option: Collabora editon option.
- Automated rolling backup on seven days. Warning, the server backup is mainly done in case of technical issues with the server but is not properly a backup by itself. You have to be sure at all time you have a local backup of all your datas on our servers.
- Change anytime: you need to change of offer either way up or down, no problem ! We'll do a ratio of your remaining existing contract and apply it at new one !
What's on option:
- Domains unlimited: with all offers, out of the basic one, you can host as many websites as you wish in your account (only limitation is total space of your offer) (registration/transfer/renew of domain name is not included, it'll be charged at public price of Infomaniak (our official registrar)).
- Reseller features: allows you to create multiple users accounts and handle multiple hosting domains for your customers. Reseller account is free of charge as soon as you manage at least two customers with us. Reseller account doesn't grant any discount on our prices. Invoicing can be done either at reseller or end customer.
- Yearly maintenance for a tool: we install for you and optimise your hosting for an open-source tool such as Nextcloud (Community Edition), Worpress, Joomla and we maintain it up to date and in working conditions. This service is charged 100€/year (100CHF for our swiss customers) per tool installed/maintained. PS: it's absolutely not mandatory to take that option and it's only done for our customers that don't want to bother with the technical details or don't have enough technical knowledge to do it properly by themselves.
