Study and Definition of Needs
Through discussion with customer, his needs and budget, we build specifications or works to be done. That first step, that is mandatory, allows us to work on good bases for the next steps. Our global approch allows us to integrate all elements of the future system (home-automation, electricity, audiovisual, alarm, network, video surveillance).
System Design
Once all needs clearly defined, it's time to select products needed. Our very long experience allows us to choose quality products, stable and efficient, to be sure system will work numerous years without problems. Our 30 years experience gives us lot of experiences in selection of products and solutions.
Installation and Setup Configuration
Installation, step as important than design, is time we build the project as specified.
It'll end with final setup and adjustments so it fits perfectly with needs of customer.
Once completed, system will be passed over for daily use by customer/staff..
Maintenance / Follow-up
Once everything setup and working as expected, we do the follow-up to keep system in perfect working conditions.
It includes regular maintenance (software updates, replacing parts that get used, check of whole system, ...).
It's usually done one or two times a year.
