- All our Internet services are hosted on servers that are physically in Switzerland, and only under juridiction of Swiss laws and Swiss justice. Only a Swiss court can enforce us to share customers data and only with Swiss justice, no one else. Our company is fully swiss based and private so fully out of reach of abusive laws of countries like United States.
- Mailboxes are a separate service of web hosting, at price of 15€/CHF/year for 5 mailboxes, and 25 for 10 boxes. If you need more, please contact us for a quote. If you need only one simple mailbox, it's free.

- Change anytime: you need to change of offer either way up or down, no problem ! We'll do a ratio of your remaining existing contract and apply it at new one !
Options:
- Yearly maintenance for a tool: we install for you and optimise your hosting for an open-source tool such as Nextcloud (Community Edition), Worpress, Joomla, Rustdesk, Aliasvault,... and we maintain it up to date and in working conditions. This service is charged 100€/year (100CHF for our swiss customers) per tool installed/maintained. PS: it's absolutely not mandatory to take that option and it's only for our customers that don't want to bother with the technical details or don't have enough technical knowledge to do it properly by themselves.
- Hosting on dedicated server or VPS: quote on request depending of your needs and requests. Feel free to contact us for a quote with our best offers.
