Duchaussois buys Milestone AV Technologies to expand its portfiolo in A/V market.

Duchaussois Industries, owner right now among others of AMX, just bought Milestone AV group, which includes Sanus and Chief companies, manufacturers of supports in all sorts for audiovisual markets and products. Through that operation, Duchaussois wishes to extend its portfolio in audiovisual market, unless as of now, exchanges and benefits between these companies in Duchaussois group really look confusing, and future development are not clear at all !
