JVC is last new manufacturer that just joined Device Discovery Protocol program from AMX. As of now, professional surveillance IP cameras from JVC VN-V686U are now automatically managed and controled by NetLinx systems. Control of these cameras from NXP-PLV interface is easy and intuitive. Both camera and AMX module are already avalaible.

iPhone/iPod Touch Beta-Tester ?
We are currently developping little softwares to work with your AMX and Crestron systems. We’ll start with debugging softwares for use on site, and then after some user programs for control of your automation systems.
If you are interested and owner of an iPhone with OS in version 2 (First or second generation), or an iPod Touch with OS version 2, feel free to drop us a message on our contact form.

AXLink Novara Keypads and Modero NXD-500i avalaible for shipping !
AMX indicates us immediate availability of new Novara keypads in AXLink version (so compatible with NetLinx and old Axcess systems). These new keyboards, that first existed in RS-232 version for Novara systems, exist now in AXLink version, offering more versability in keypads choice for control. Three colors are offered (Black, White and Brushed). For greater ease of installation in wallbox of different markets, they are avalaible in US, UK and European version. Below you’ll see pictures of each model offered (just click on each one to get direct access to technical details).
New version of wallmount Modero 5″ is now also avalaible. Named NXD-500i, it includes VoIP, easier system for installation in backbox et less deep.

AMX opens office and showroom in London
Good news for all our friends AMX dealers in UK, and also french people passing away in british capital, AMX opens offices in London, with a complete training facility and showroom focused both at dealers, but also manufacturers to showcase benefits of integration with AMX products. Some open days are already planned between November 12th and 14th. It happens at sixth floor of Salisbury House at London Wall.
