In order to ease our relations with our customers, we just installed a new tool to follow-up bugs and issues in programs we realise. With that tool, you can submit bugs, issues, in our programs, we get immediate notification, to allow us to resolve them asap. In that way, we get together a relationnal tool, that allows to get immediate global view of progress on programs and/or layouts we realise for you.
Specific sections have been created also for more general questions about programmation and layouts for AMX and Crestron products.
We hope that tool will all help us to get yet better relations.
